Why isnt 0Mitchell0(MTC) banned?

0Mitchell0 is MTC, he is a ban-evading and he ADMITED to it. He said that all he wants is to get his money back from Ethan, because someone hacked into Ethans account and scammed 15M and whatnot, and said after he got his money back he could be banned by any moderator.

Well, while doing this, he also decides to sell his little guide on getting randoms.

I post that he is on the verge of being banned anyways and that he should not be selling a guide, as he could EASILY scam someone and loose NOTHING, considering he is going to be banned anyways.

This, by the way, is not only flaming but its a lie... I never talked to him, and if i just said that he is a ban evader, then why would i MM for him?

I guess this belongs in both scammer+spammer, but i put it here because its not as serious as other scammer reports.
