Why is there no lowrate servers?

I have been looking for months now for a low rate server besides runescape classic, every single rs2 server out there is basicly instant cap and is has no real challenge. does anyone know of a server that acualy has a challenge to it with decently low xp rates.

 

I tried making one so many times but I got no players :/

 

thats to bad, i would really enjoy one im so tired of these insanely high xp servers

I don't think there are any. The main reason why people play on private servers are cause of those high xp rate.

 

well true, but most other games offer a like 5x-15x-30x max server its not like you instant cap over night rates are still a tad bit low but you still levle faster than the main rs server

 

If players wanted a low rate server they would play the actual game.

 

so instead you rather play a private server where you cap out in 10 minutes and have best gear possible in the game..... seems like it would be pointless. so answer this question that why is it that almost every runescape classic server is low rate and never high rate as it is on theses 3d servesr

 

Because people that can not play real rsclassic need another way to, so they choose servers.

 

anyone know of anything new?

 

My server has fast melee exp, but other skills are pretty slow. Try out slayer. Only 2 players have 99, and it took them ages.

Play Battlescape and change the exp rate to normal.
