Why is it hard to breathe?

Recently it has become really hard to breath for me.

I used to have asthma when I was 5-12, but it has been gone for a long time.

When I excercise or go out, it becomes as easy as it should be to breathe.

But within minutes of stopping either, breathing become really hard again.

Does anyone know what's wrong?

 

maybe you have a case of anxiety? i'd go to your doctor and get it checked out

 

Your asthma is probably coming back. Asthma never truely goes away, My moms friend has never had problem with her asthma for about 30 years and then one night she woke up and had an attack. I would try out your inhaler.

 

Go to a doctor, breathing is important.

 

Maybe your asthma is coming back, and you should consult with a doctor.

This is partly true actually. Signed up for a really good gym though, gonna be going to it 3 times a week, hopefully that'll help.

You just need to get used to it because you are out of shape, same thing happens to people who rarely get exercise

 

Maybe something got into your lungs or your sick, or as many else have said asthma.

 

yer when it comes to breathing dont take any chances with it....

I haven't had any problems today, and am starting a workout regime from Thursday.

Maybe its all that sperm you've been putting in your body.

Nah i'm messing I say exercise a little bit and if it gets worse, stop eating sperm or talk with a doctor, either one.

 

You're Asthma may have came back, I'm sure you know the symptoms of it.

Thick, white saliva, shortness of breath. It's very possible it has came back.

 

Well when I had asthma I'd feel it, it'd be very painful and my lungs would produce this weird liquid that I'd cough up.

I'm starting to think it's from not exercising, because I haven't properly exercised since early 2008.
