Why I was banned, and Why I shouldnt be

Hi, I'm Bear Clawz and originally, mparks277. Why I was banned originally was for scamming on mparks277. However, it was not me. At the time me and my friend were sharing a runescape account, which had the same user and pass as my sythe acc, and he got banned off of sythe on his acc for scamming. He had logged onto my account without my knowledge and got the account banned because he scammed someone on it. (if you don't believe me, check the IPs on which originally created the account, and the ip at the time the acc was banned).

I originally created my sythe account for runescape gold and account trading. However, it was this site that actually got me into doing graphics in the first place. I began posting graphics on the rate my graphics section, and quickly my knowledge grew and I became aware that I should pursue other sites for my graphics, so I closed the free signature shop. About the time I had closed it, I became inactive to this site, as I also had lost an interest in runescape at the time, due to all the updates. This is around the time that my friend got the account banned. Around the time that he had the account banned, I started getting into OSRS. He had told me that he had the account banned, and didn't seem to care, as he thought I was done with runescape. However, it was around this time that I wanted to come back to sythe to make graphics for the users of the site, and provide my knowledge that I had learned on my own from other sites.

This is where I went wrong. Instead of trying to appeal the ban on my mparks277 account, I thought it would've been a better idea to not go through all that trouble of coming up with evidence and everything on the mparks account, and instead have a fresh start on a new acc, as I learned much more from when I left the site. I know that ban evading is wrong, but the ban on mparks277 was for my friend, and not for me. I know that the reason the site is so strict on ban evaders is that you want to keep the scammers out, and the honest traders in. I don't scam. I really don't, not on runescape, not in real life, not anywhere, I'm don't have the same set of beliefs that my friend does. If you don't believe me, ask the people i've helped on this site. I always come through with what they want in a design, and I never stop until they're satisfied, and a lot of times, they went first in payment.

Honestly, this site is the reason that I'm entering my second year of college studying graphic design. I really don't want to make any trades outside of graphics, and if you see, most of my posts and threads that are on my IP are graphics related. I want to continue making graphics for this site. If you believe that what I did was very horrendous and I don't deserve to make graphics for the people on this site, then so be it. I'm not saying I didn't do anything wrong. I'm just asking for another chance, and never let my friend know my password to my sythe account. As you can see, I was the only IP that was on the Bear Clawz acc (except maybe my phone's IP).

 

Your account was used scam, that's all that matters and you are responsible for your account.
