    Why I think XBOX360 is better than PS3
    1. Ps3 has private chats, too.
    2. They also have chat rooms, but fail to allow you to stay in them while playing a game (for now, anyways)
    3. I could go on without talking to people who have just a little a life as me.

    8. You mean again, to talk to people with just as little of a life?
    9. You don't own a radio? Or a computer? Or an iPod? Cd player?

    my brother has a ps3 and theres not very many great games for it. i wont play it unless a new metal gear or something comes out. but yeah xbox360>ps3

    I always laugh when I see these threads... it's amazing how you guys compare two things which are inherently different and not intended to be exactly the same.

    The point of both the 360 and PS3 existing is because different people want different things...

    I have a 360 Elite myself and love it... All my friends are on it, the social features are amazing, the integration with Windows Media Center is great, etc.

    I love being able to:
    - have a party voice chat with my friends while we play games
    - listen to music from either my laptop's Windows Media Center or my Media Server while I game
    - stream Netflix movies/TV shows directly on the XBOX
    - buy/download games whenever I want
    - download updates/patches automatically
    - download add-ons to games I already have
    - etc.

    With that said, I have used a PS3 and can say this in regard to the comparison to the 360: the PS3 is also an amazing console.

    It's a really powerful device which can crank out some impressive graphics. (I don't mean to imply the 360 can't.) It also has awesome compatibility with other devices and of course it has blu-ray. I especially enjoyed how I could just plug my iPod into it and it found my music and let me play it, for example.

    So like I said, I really think it all depends on what you want out of your console...

    If you want a console more focused on social/online features, then you should get a 360. If you want something a bit more "beefy" with blu-ray, then get a PS3...

    Also, to the people who bitch and moan about XBOX Live costing money: 12 month time cards on Amazon are usually on sale for $39.99... That would be about $3.33 per month... How much is RuneScape? At least $6 USD/month with a credit card?

    tbh halo is a retarted game, look at the better exclusives ps3 has? or course 360 has lfd2, but ps3 is better, lulz, u pay to play? gf nubz :D

    ps3>360 in my opinion. i mean cmon rrod in 2 weeks at times?

    I have both consoles, 2 360's and a PS3.
    Personally I prefer the 360 which is hooked 1080hd on a LCD.
    The PS3 in the other hand is hooked up to a LED tv, which the graphics look amazing, gameplay is insane. But as far as controllers go, I prefer the 360 hands donw.
