why i should not be banned

Hello i was banned a few days ago for allegedly being a of-site scammer, which in my eyes is not true because i was forced to do a chargeback on a item that was not functioning how is was meant to, and because me and seller could not come to a agrement i was forced to take action by claiming a dispute through paypal, no one knows the full story of what happened apart from me and the seller.

I would like to be un-banned so i can start up my own shop selling RSPS GP mainly Battlescape, i would also like to do my best to give back to the community.

I understand and am fully aware why it would be in-your best interest to just ignore me, however there is one way you can pretty much 100% be sure i will not scam any one.

You could write potential scammer underneath my username just to make every one aware of the situation, but the main thing would be to only allow me to sell on this forum by going first in the trade, this removes the risk of other user being scammed as they would not have to pay for the item before they receive it, they will just have to pay me once i have given the item to them and confirm im legit. By doing this i do not see how i can scam any user on this forums if anything by trading like this im the only person who may get scammed.
