why i`m banned?????!!!!!! @ @ @!

I`d like to know why i`m banned? As i may see in my last selling topic,spyike`s reported me as ban evader. But i am not! All his proofs are the fact i sold one of banned sythe users an easter egg on 1st. February 2010. So what? It`s means nothing! So plz mods explain me,why i`m banned.
