Why did I got temporarily banned, for scamming?

I was buying AC Unity game code, and as I stated in skype, that code didn't work. Ofc its sketchy as f*** to go offline right after, but believe me or not, got my network working today when I posted my first post, and that guy is not answering me anymore in skype.

there is no evidence I scammed, cause I didn't. His code was already used / my xbox didn't accept code.
 
You'll have to prove the code didn't work. Maybe you could screen share you logging onto the same Microsoft account and show history as well as show proof of you trying to get into contact with the other trader . I'm not buying the story.
