Briefly explain the trade: This trade involved my Fifa Ultimate Team Coins (100k) for his RSGP (15M).

How they ATTEMPTED to scam: Refused to use an MM and then went offline as soon as I showed him a report thread on him.

It's not a bannable offense, but it's TwC worthy seeing as he logged of as soon as you linked the report without explaining himself. Also, refusing an MM and not going first is a little fishy as well.
