Why does this happen....

I went through this a bunch with my Paypal and Jagex. After NUMEROUS emails back and forth I found that they have an anti scam system where if you put membership on multiple accounts with your Paypal, the system automatically blocks that Paypal account from putting membership on accounts. The system is supposed to be anti theft. I told the guy I was the owner of all the accounts the membership was applied to but he said there was nothing he could do about fixing it.

So basically you won't be able to add membership from that Paypal account. I don't know if there is a time limit that they block it from applying membership or not. You'll have to find another way of applying membership to your account.
