Why does combat level matter?

Why does combat level matter on skillers?

I see people only wanting 3 combats. Why is that?

Surely it makes no difference?

 

its for the fact of having purely non-combat skills up.
some choose to get def/mage/pray but its all preference

 

People like having things that are unique.

Welll its not really much difference when skillers are level 3 combat , the only time combat level matters is wildy and knowing whos got better combat stats then you so you dont get pwned to hard to be fair. Skillers who want to be just level 3 is so when they get their cape they can show off that they prefer doing skills tehn doing combat skills tbh.

 

if you have a low-combat level pure, you will own people in the wildy and make more milz

 

I'm level 3 combat.
The reason why?
All i do it bot and look rich, and at level 3, my combat is "maxed" for my status. If i look rich and have a trimmed skillcape, I'm maxed. Combat needs 138 to be maxed, that's far more work

 

It does make a difference, when you're a level 3 skiller you have no combat levels up which makes you unique.

 

If you have low combat but high wealth/stats then you stand out from the crowd.

Once you max combat the other people at your level also have high stats/wealth, and so it will be harder to stand out.

 

If they got any combat skills up it wouldn't be a skiller. The point of a skiller is to reach the goal of 99 everything except for combat skills. Also to make a lot of GP.

 

Its really just preference, and kinda makes a statement about being fully non-combat.

 

Screw leveling... Why waste time on combat skills when you can chill as a L3 and show off your 50M or so to every1 then lol at the L80 noobs which scream out rwt cause there an idiot.

 

Honestly, the reason I stay level-3 is because I hate combat.

A lot of level 3 skillers feel the same way. Some would like to stand out, others because it looks cooler or whatever, I personally just prefer skilling over combat

It doesn't exactly make you unique now, does it? As there are quite a lot of them. However; people think a level 3 skiller is more "pure" kind of like a pure with 1 defence instead of 2.
