Why do YOU play Runescape?

Right now I'm getting my bachelor degree in psychology and business. Obviously this is a stupid question but some people play for a lot of different reasons.


I myself play because:
1. It's fun
2. Gives me something to do
3. I like making people miserable when I kill them

so...why do YOU play runescape?

I'll try to put as many answers that I can think of in the poll.

 

I play just for something to do in my spare time.

It's Fun
Addictive At Times
Enjoyable

MOST OF ALL... Wait already said addictive but still!

 

im playing for fun and for some cash and i think its best game and counter-strike 1.6 is too

 

I get cash from it , also i'm person who has aloooot of free time , and if i don't play pc only alternative is sit and do nothing or going out and drink with mates i don't even like

 

I play it because it is fun!

 

I play because my life is fruitless and has no joy.

 

could someone tell me how runescape can ever be a source of income, unless you can live with 0,5 usd an hour or so?

I find pvp fun.

 

So I can bot all my stats and then make people really angry that I killed them.

(And kills time)

 

Cornflakes, with bots today it's SUPER easy to farm gold, and think of all the youtubers on runescape who have 500,000+ hits on their vids and make over 100m each video from bhing or pvp, they can then take those items and sell them and then sell the gold to other players on this website or to another site. You can easily make $400+ on 100m gold

I Buy Loads Of Pins.
Merch On All My Member Accs.
Make Around 100mil-300mil A Day.
Sell It Off When I Have 2147mil On Each Account.

I play for mainly the same reasons as you, it gives me something to do when I have nothing else.

The main reason I even started playing a lot is because of pking, just one trip and I knew that that's what i was going to do for my whole rs life

I play runescape because its fun with my friends sometimes and pvp i also find fun on my rune pure.

 

Something to do when I'm bored, and when theres nothing else to do.
