Why do some people have less gp when they donate?

I'm sure the title confused you enough to click

The question is, why do some people who have donated, lets say 100$, have the a larger "GP stack" inbetween the h'ween masks compared to someone else who has donated the exact same amount?.

 

some people have old ranks = all the same huge stack of cash or some have new ranks with a cash stack going bigger and bigger from $5 to $300

Legacy ranks had the big stack of coins for all ranks, the new ranks increase in coins the higher the donation amount.
