Why do I lag so badly on runescape?

I have well over the required specs for runescape, yet I still lag really bad, I play wow all them better graphic games and they don't lag one bit for me, anyone got any suggestions

Its maybe the shit Servers on Runescape its happened to me before don't worry it will take awhile until it stops lagging.

More likely the game engine than your PC.
