Why can scammers come back?

I trold so hard seeing how hes temp banned himself now lol.

Scammers are not allowed back in to the community. Scammers claiming they were hacked, but repaid what was scammed are.

In my opinion, everyone deserves a second change. Some people may listen and use their second chance as an opportunity to make things better next time. Others, they may go back to their old ways -- but they'll end up being deemed upon more.

OT: People who are helpful to the community and scam once should get 1 chance to come back if they pay back what they scammed.

 

In some cases, they were hacked. Also, the scam could have been a long time ago and the person has learned from his mistakes.

 

Alot of scammers come back on thread forums because they use a proxy or a VPN to just bypass the IP ban, I'm not exactly sure how Sythe deals with proxies on there website, but I modded a forum similar to this one and we didn't auto ban proxy accounts because it would just just cause problems with incoming traffic.
