Why are some illegal services not allowed?

Why are some unethical/illegal services allowed but others are not.

Like FTID services for example are not allowed, but selling scripts and such are. I was under the impression that using a bot is not illegal but the people who create them are infringing on copyright law and it is illegal. We also have the RSPS Market which for sure has to be illegal for the same copyright reasons. We also allow the sale of counterfeit in Non Virtual Sales which is also a heft jail sentence.

Ye those are. I agree botting or selling accounts is not illegal but selling counterfeit Items which people do in non-virtual sales and making bot scripts are both definitely illegal. That is also why I mentioned the RSPS market which is illegal in itself.

FTID is not Credit Card fraud its Mail Fraud which is probably worse though. My point being though is why did sythe draw a line in the sand where selling counterfeit items is ok and infringement of copyright is cool, but others are not.

Using a bot Is not illegal I dont believe. Making them definitely is as well as selling them.

Selling replicas and identifying them as such, and trying to sell counterfeit items as an original product are two very different things. And bots are used in every single industry in the world, I don't know where the hell you got that information from

 

Its not the botting its the way the people get access to make the bots. They have to deobfuscation which is the illegal part. Secondly it does not matter if you advertise that the item is counterfeit still illegal.

It comes down to the forum owner's personal ethic and its compromises with the ethics of the powers that be.

Porn is legal but not allowed here,for example. Also copyright infringement is illegal but allowed here.
