Why am i banned?

According to the Covey via IRC he made this dispute.

If Covey can repay back the ~130M the scammer stole, he'll be unbanned.

To start with basically someone who i used to share my RuneScape account with has scammed with my Sythe account. Evidently it's not my real email in the screenshots. I'm going to try and get in contact with this person, and i'll keep his details disclosed until i contact him. This way hopefully i can get the shit back he took. If not i can release his details although it won't bother him and noone will doing anything with them.

Also i'll just put it out there that the guy never had a screenshot of the cash and items before they were allegidly taken so it may have only been half of the said amount or none at all.

Also let it be known that certain member(s) of the staff have openly admitted to scamming and still have their position on the staff.

Does someone you know in Victoria know you're sythe password, if so they decided to scam.

He used to use my account to Player Kill with, i never used his.
Also i should make it clear that i didn't realize he knew my sythe password.

It's your own fault in the first place. You won't be unbanned until the 130m has been paid or w.e it is

There is no proof the account had that amount on it. If you read the MSN logs he obviously had a bank pin and did not send that over MSN so the scammer would not have been able to get into the bank account. It also takes 3 or 7 days to reset the PIN and considering he still had access to his account and assuming he has changed the password the scammer could no longer access the account.

I can easily make a fake thread up with similar evidence. So if i did so you would have to ban them based on the evidence that you've banned me on.

He has provided no in game screenshots of the amount of cash he had, everyone knows when people get hacked they like to exaggerate.

I'm not denying that someone had access to my sythe account it's obvious. But why is it that i, a member of this community for over 3 years get's banned with insuffient evidence and someone like Finniscool, a member who has been under the magnifing glass on several occasions admits to scamming and gets unbanned + remodded.
And everyone claims to be unbiased?

You'll have to wait for administrator to look over it then. I have no idea on the report, haven't even looked it, I was more worried about your sythe account being hacked/cracked whatever. You being an ex moderator; I'd thought you'd have more sense... then saying you had no idea that he knew, for then me to remind you what you said in the IRC...

 

I'm not lieing, also Darkgroove was reffering to my RuneScape account not my Sythe one. (in regard to the question of "who were you sharing with?")

Also i didn't actually know that he knew my password as much as i assumed he knew. (Used the same password on sythe as i did on RuneScape, but they weren't the same passwords at the same time).

And yes if an administrator could make an appearance it would be appreciated.

All i want to do is still occasionally browse the RuneScape Cheating sections and Comm Gen.
Main reason i still keep popping in is i'm going to be making EliteSwitch 3 soon and i need a home for it.

 

I have had a look at the report. I can't see any evidence that warrants a ban, let alone an actual amount "scammed", your ban has been removed.
