Runescape regrets

Have you ever had any runescape regrets? And i'm not talking about how we all wish we were playing when they released party hats (unless you were actually playing during that time,) one of my recent runescape regrets would be not buying a ton of zulrah scales when they were 80gp each as they're not at around 115gp each.

 

One day a long time ago I was farming at a patch and started browsing something else on the internet, only to look back at my client and find that my character died to a bear. It was a long time ago though, and on RS2.

 

I had just bought gold on my level 3 then I died to those pesky mages near the enterance of varrock. I wasn't aware that I could have ran back for it

 

To add on, Zulrah teleports use to be dirt cheap and now they're hovering around 28K each, potential billions lost

 

1. Not taking advantage of dicing and flowering. I had the gp for a rank back then from staking but I wasn't in the RWT mindset back then.
2. Not taking advantage of the golden days of botting, when you could bot 24/7 without a ban.
3. Not taking advantage of the IP pid system in oldschool for staking when it first came out. As well as not taking part in commission staking.

Although I have quite a few, those regrets have fueled my motivation to take gold farming quite seriously right now. Not letting another opportunity pass me by!

 

staking my xmas cracker when whips and dragon legs/chain were the best armor and i had full rune and whip and i knew the guy i was staking was hiding full dragon

basically i had better stats but if i went and quickly bought full dragon i could of easily won a cracker but i lost haha

 

not buying rares when it was 10m-ish

another regret is that I spent too much time on the game

 

My biggest regret was to not stick with one account - i never finished one complete account and the amount of time i've been playing i coulda made a maxed main 5 times over lol

 

I regret not being online during the phats, mostly because my parents didn't allow me to be cause I was like 7 lmao. Doubt I would've done anything usefull with em

 

I regret not putting on a bank pin back in 2014 when I used to stake. Ended up costing me a couple thousand dollars and my account being banned for RWT.

 

Probably seem deal as you Moo, not buying phats when they were cheap as hell years back.

 

Staking. That's also why i quit staking in general. Even tho it's 50/50 getting cleaned is almost inevitable.

 

Seems more like a Runescape 3 discussion but I'm guessing my only regret was dieing in-game where I didn't want to die. For example Full Dharoks used to be quite expensive and at some point I just lost it while fighting Fire Giants lol.

 

Staking after I was up near 2b and acquired a red party hat. I wasn't satisfied and wanted blue, got cleaned by smite yo bgs.

 

Not getting into pk'ing.

 

A zamorak helm popped into the general store one day and I bought it when I was poor and a little kid back in like 2004 or something and I gave it away because who knows why

 

Not getting big on Youtube back when people started making runescape PK videos.

 

I joined my first dice clan way too late and missed out on a lot of money.

 

This is so true lmao, the money you could've made back then..
