Who the richest osrs player?

I recently read an article about who is the richest player on osrs, I heard it was a person on this platform called @Matt123, but I have also heard since the publishing of this said article he has accumulated another 5 trillion gold. can anyone confirm that someone really has 6.5Trillion confirms rs gold? the number seems insane to me!
