I would say there is a bad botted service since some people use the same I.P even after a ban and run it at stupid click rates and game time...ect

"Best botted services" is pretty much asking 'Who can get my account banned the slowest?' The majority of power-levelers don't bot for obvious reasons. Most won't even bot if you ask them.

 

Botting bans are more likely to happen if you use a free script.

Try get someone that has a private script for the skill you require and dont bot too much is the safest way i would say.
