    You should speak to TDD if you need web design work done, he is awsome at GFX and probably most regarded artist on sythe.org

    By my guess, most of this is default, with the exception of the header image. My guess is that the image was done by TDD, but probably the only people who would know would be Sythe, and maybe Matthew or Pen or TDD, you might want to try PMing them.

    The forum theme is just a generic theme with modified colors.

    As for the banner, it's from a banner contest we had a while back. I don't recall who actually made it.... not sure if it was TDD or not.
