Who Here Plants Willow Trees?

I need help regarding willow trees. I'm thinking of getting from 30 - 44 farming this way. Smart idea or dumb idea? I don't understand this whole 'checking health' or 'getting branches' thing though?

It's really simple, you get all your exp from "checking its health" once its fully grown, then you cut it down to the stump, and dig it out.
You will get willow roots from digging it out, which can be used as a substitute for pineapples to make super compost.
You get about 1.2-1.3k per tree I'm pretty sure.

and to get the branches you use secateurs on the tree when its fully grown i think you can get like 5 a day?

Yea, just use willows and plant a fruit tree, and rotate patches, its the fastest way

Willow seeds are bought out atm, I tried buying one for max and nothing :S

Yes, willow trees are a great way to raise farming, trees in general are. Willow branches are used for a summoning second ingreediant I think.

 

trees are the most way to get xp. be aware of the prices tho. and dont forget fruit trees as well
