I thought admins/mods are not above the rules? i guess i am wrong. Sad part is i will be infracted for reporting some one for breaking rules.

I personally do not care if he is infracted i wanted to make a point that Admins/Mods are always above the rules. Such as when they scam they get banned for account being "hacked" within seconds of it happening.
