It's a little shifty how he wanted you to send money to his unverified paypal acct. Also if you knew that shawn knew it was the wrong info since the start, then why did you keep asking Roy how we was doing? If you gave him wrong details at start then why did you keep asking how much he had done?
There are suspicious happenings on both sides of the playing field and it would be a hard decision for admins to make, good luck lol.

Look at the Paypal picture he provided - It says "unverified".
If you have an unverified account then you can't send money to anyone, so yeah...
