Whiten Your Teeth at Home.

Great guide! My mother always taught me to brush my teeth with baking soda and water, but I've never tried peroxide.

 

not things you want to put into your mouth, neither is tooth paste, your suppose to spit and rinse for a reason lol. great guide though, will try this.

A while ago i was having extrema tooth pain every day and then my mom bought me some of these ingredients because when you take it without the banking soda it is good for your teeth.

 

Is there an alternative to hydrogen peroxide i can use that has the same ingredient needed? I think it's ether, because your dissolving some of the chemicals in the baking soda.

 

Makes your teeth feel weird lol
