Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I will recall the event from memory and not reference my previous ban appeals. In May 2019, I was found out by DBuffed as a ban evader from OSBot, the reasoning for the OSBot ban was because I scammed several people and then just left and didn’t provide any recourse. This is major failure #1, I should have not scammed in the first place and since It did happen I should have compensated everyone involved and accepted any due punishment straight away, but I didn’t. That was a complete lack of judgement and I am confident I am not the same person now and have a much higher morale compass.

I have no excuse for the OSBot situation and all I can do is apologise.

Moving onwards, I then created a Sythe account and then several months later when dbuffed reported me as a ban evader, prior to that report we entered a discord chat and I was found out and acted completely wrong to the accusations, and then eventually decided to scam my loyal customers (apart of an osrs service back then) and created many problems through my actions that late evening. Then after logical reflection shortly after, all affected people were compensated and existing customers had the option for an immediate refund which was honoured.

Again, a second time. I have no proper reason or excuse as to why I behaved that way. All I can do is say I am sorry, in which I am deeply sorry to the people I affected and those who seen me in good faith prior to this happening and hope that you can give me a chance to re-join this community and contribute to it positively. Ultimately without the risk of a scam as I have changed considerably and believe my moral compass has turned 180 degrees and ultimately pose no risk to the community.

I’ve now been removed from Sythe for several years, and haven’t scammed or done anything wrong. I continue to demonstrate that I am not a risk and can provide evidence to support this statement through various vouches obtained privately since the ban.

Thank you for considering my ban appeal, I am hopeful that one day the Sythe community will accept me back and give me a fresh start through the pardon system. Until then, I hope you can continue to grow the community and have fun.
