White Captcha box/no sound RUNESCAPE

    White Captcha box/no sound RUNESCAPE
    so I can login INGAME fine, but it's asking for a Captcha to login to the site, however, the box is white and there is no sound when i press the sound button, help. Please don't tell me to reload the browser, install java as I have already done those

    Could you take a screenshot of your problem? Would help a bit to actually see the problem.

    Same for me, not fully sure why. The box is just blank and stays like that regardless.

    Reinstall java and see if that fixes the problem.
