Which Premium Bot should I buy?

Runecrafting is your best bet, second I'd choose Mining.

-91+ RC = ~250k/hour via Double Natures, ~350k/hour via Death/Bloods
-80+ Mining = ~100-150k/hour doing Gold Ores at LRC

I've botted over 150m RC XP with AutoRunecrafter, with several accounts in excess of 30m XP in the skill, so it's pretty safe to assume the ban rate is extremely low.

In regards to mining you shouldn't have a problem with getting banned either, since there's 023948209384092384134 people at the LRC.

Also, see if the bot you're looking for is available for purchase elsewhere (i.e. Sladers.com or Oembots.com)

Rsbots.net is simply a reseller of bots, if you go to the developer's sites directly, you might be able to get them for even cheaper then the Columbus Day sale price
