    Which item is this?
    It is a cramulet, you can obtain one after the completion of the semi-new hard quest "Do No Evil". It is actually a pretty fun quest, that is one of the few other great rewards from it. With the amulet you can have a m'speak amulet, catspeak amulet, and camel speak amulet all in one.

    That quest is hard, but the rewards pay off :).
