Which is cheaper?

I need to get to 67 summoning from 62 and I need charms. I was wondering which would be cheaper: barraging rock lobsters, or cannoning black demons?

I need about 300 charms (<3 mad necklace)

I'd just go kill water fiends, go do farmilarization first, then just kill water fiends, it'll only take you about an hour to get 300 charms. Maybe less.
