Ohmy, when I first read the forum name, I was like DEATH TO GUNS, I HATE THEM!!! 
but now I know it's a paintball gun you were refering to...I have nothing else to type.

dont no much about paintball guns but number 2 looks sweet 
They both look kind of the same :/. My friend has a spyder extra though, its not that bad.

How much are you willing to pay? And what Torny are you entering? Young Guns?? anyway Im a Baller as well and if you have around 750$ to drop you could get a DM5 Off of Ebay I bet. It may come with a mask and a Comprssed Air/Nitro bottle. Just a heads up those guns are not build for torny play. You need an electric gun or one you cn "Walk" the trigger on. Search Youtube for Walking A Paintball Trigger to find out what I am talking about.
idn much about tourny paintballing but id do some research on which one shoots faster and what upgrades u can get on them and that kind of stuff. just do some research on both of them and compare them.

Both basically the same, but I would say Spyder Extra.
Spyder's are shit, horrible quality, get a Smart Parts Ion for sure.

Get an Ion there capped at 17bps stock and are only 200 bucks no offense 32 degrees and spyders suck period. Ion is a closed bolt gun. That is very Unique.
You should look into it.
I have a smart parts ion with qev halo reloader hpa tank clamp feed it shoots 22 bps (balls per second) Words of advice Save up more money to buy an Ion.

Btw theres no upgrade boards for those 2 guns you can get an Ion shooting 32 bps. Uncapped at 37 bps.
Spyder xtra and 32 degrees only have barrels and upgraded loaders thats nothing.
Ion you can get anything you imagine....

I work at cousins paintball lol.
It depends on what you want to play.
If you want to play woodsball and get dirty in the mud and water. Neither of those guns are for you lol. If you that is what you want to do, you should take a look at a tippman 98 custom. You can run the 98 over with a car and it will still work, or maybe if you want to shell out more cash buy the tippman a-5.
But if you want to play X-ball I dont think either of those guns is good, put out more cash to get an ion.
If you plan on getting more into it, an even better entry level gun is a smartparts ion, it costs like $200 now, has a nice board in it for stock, its light and has a great feel to it. I know because I have one
But you should know if you were to get an ion you would need a good hopper like a halo, or even an eggy to keep up with the gun, and you cant use a regular c02 tank because if you fire to fast the c02 will freeze the internals, so you would have to shell out a good 150bucks to get a decent nitro tank.
but if your just screwing around with friends in the woods the actuall xball fields I would go with a tippman a-5, very customizable very fun to mess around with w/ upgrades and can take a serious beating

I won it in a tournie, 3 man team, we came in 3rd place =\, the First place gun was a proto matrix wish I got 1first.
I threw on the Feed neck because the stock one is junk, and I threw on a small dropfoward because it was free lol, Some guy bought a new bigger one at my job and left that one lol
Theres also a blackheart in it. But to be honest I only bought it because I got pretty good work discount lol (blackheart is an upgrade board that makes the gun shoot faster)
