Which Champ to get?

Should I get Jayce or Rengar? I want to be able to burst an adc very quickly. Also, what's a good/decent adc for S5? Thanks.

 

Rengar would probably be better for bursting but i'm not sure how great he is at the moment.

As far as good ADC's, Lucian/Corki/Caitlyn are all good.

 

adc at the moment: Lucian is the king imo.
Rengar is much more fun to play when going for bursts so i would go for rengo

 

Although both Regnar and Jayce can burst an adc down very quickly, being a rengar main, his play-style is solely designed around bursting their squishies, assassining, and picking people off. His burst is also far greater than Jayce's. Although I'm not a Jayce main, i know that Jayce's burst is considerably less, and his power comes from his mid game poke, and his utility. You're not going to be setting up plays on your own as Jayce like you would with Rengar, and you're not going to be in many situations where you would have a chance to burst the enemy adc, so definitely Regnar imo.

As for ADCs I've only really played 3, cait is the easiest, vayne is the most mechanically demanding, and ezreal is the funnest to play, and is prob one of the few adcs that can go off and do their own thing, due to his mobility and kiting potential. Lucian Corki and Trist are also A tier at the moment.

 

Rengar: A melee assassin, really common jungler, this is a really difficult champion so you'll have a tough time learning him as his learning curve can be harsh. He's has some really large amounts of burst when built damage, but is really squishy, his passive and ult provide unique mechanics, which is cool.

Jayce: A melee AD Caster sort of thing, mostly mid or top. Good poke, good damage. He's a strong all around champion. A lot easier to learn, although has a high skill cap.

As for an adc? Lucian, Vayne, Corki, Twitch, almost every ADC is good atm.

 

Get vayne for the ADC, OP late game

Jayce is just boring to play for me.

I'd go for rengar, so much fun.

 

Corki for the adc choice, very strong early-mid game, moreover no sights of him being nerfed.

As for the choice between Jayce and kitty I would say Rengar for assassinating, yet the champ requires more skills to succeed

 

As most people said if you're looking to assassinate a squishy target easily then Rengar would be the better choice. Jayce is more of a poke/fighter champion. He doesn't really all-in in a fight to try and kill a target.

However, he does do an insane amount of damage if you play him right. Also, he can snipe very well with his AOE "q." In any case, it's up to you in the end, as both champions are good and they have their own play styles. It just depends on what you prefer.

As for an ADC, the popular ones have been listed already. Just choose whichever you like.

 

Rengar is the best choice in my opinion. You can ult and 100-0 the adc instantly. What i've been seeing lately is jungle rengar that starts jungle item then gets 1 or 2 dorans blades for a power spike.

Rengo would burst the ADC more easy and is probably easier to learn then Jayce anyway, once you get used to rengos passive you can do insane combos/damage.

Lucian is pretty solid as an ADC, his passive makes him really good at trading in lane.

Rengar for burst. Jayce works better with poke comps.

 

I'd get jayce if i were you, he is a great top lane, has good poke with his combo, and does high damage.
