Which came first? The Chicken or the Egg?

I'd say it was the chicken.. as it was probably some formed by some process of evolution/single-celled organisms coming together to form a multi-celled organisim (chicken).

 

I would have to say the egg and here is why. In the first post it never said it had to be a chicken egg. So obviously a dinosaur egg would have come before the chicken. So therefore, the egg came first.
I went with a more clever answer.

 

WTF I made a topic exactly of this like a month ago and got infracted for spamming...Oh well.

The chicken came first, Eggs need their parents to hatch.
I'm sure you know birds sit on their eggs, as chickens do, to keep them warm until they hatch...

An egg can't hatch without the chicken.

And to answer the chicken part. It's like humans, Where'd Man come from. God created it.. (if you want to take this religiously) It's like Which came first, the child or the mother.

back to the question - the egg, as the thing that laid it was the 'almost chicken' that then made the egg which had the 'actually a chicken' in it. its a basic bit of evolutionary science.
