Which attack style to use while whipping?

What's your staking techniques while whipping? Do you start flick/lash and do you ever use the defensive style?

didn't read that carefully i'm so sry. i'd use controlled all the time then switch to flick when he's under 20-23 hitpoints

most definitely lash. can try defensive if youre getting shit on or accurate if youre a fair bit ahead to keep consistent hits
