Which 99 advice

Cooking , fletch or firemake they don't cost much and that'll trim your cape.

Fletching maple logs into maple longbows (u) will make you money, like 80k gp/hr.

 

Just get cooking, it is the most afkable and if you plan to just wear the herblore cape and not the 1 that you are going to trim it with cook is the easiest.

 

Cooking takes 1-2 weeks. I did it in 10days, legitimate. It doesn't cost a lot either!
