If I wanted to trade an RS account for an iPod Touch, would I put it in the non-virtual items section or the RS section? I would PM a mod, but none are on, and I'd like the answer when I got up. Thanks.

You would put this in the non-virutal items section as you are trying to acquire the ipod touch. Make sure in your title to mention [RS Account] or something of the sort.
