Where to post?

Well, I was going to post in the "Help and Requests" Forum.. but I don't care for spammers and post count..

So, I've written a thread on how to sell account in the black market and all, but I was wondering where the thread should be posted.

I'm hoping for a Black Market Mod to log on, and I have claimed the rights to the thread I have made.

Date/Time - November 1st, 8:10 A.M. EST

Anyone who tries to make a thread that I have made will be reported to Mods as I have already claimed the rights.

So then, where shall I post the thread at? Anyone?
