Where to post "Renting accounts"?

Background:

When staking was first around, a decent amount of people used to rent stakers.

The accounts were cleaned, you had to xfer over the mills needed to stake on the account. Usually the accounts were maxed, but they could be any thing.

The time period(s) varied, usually around 24 hours because of the risk of people recovering back the account.

Payment was either PayPal, but RSGP was more popular. Usually around 2-3m for 24 hours or a % of the winnings.

So that's the background, what would be a good section to post this in?

I can't remember where they used to be posted, thinking buying/selling accounts but not 100% sure.

Thoughts?
