    google "visual basic 2008" or something simular,it will be on a microsoft website,try the microsoft download centre:p

    where to download
    Don't start with VB6, start with VB.net. VB.net has a free Express version available that has most of the capabilities of the professional studio version. Just google "visual studio express", should be either the first or second link.
