al kharid warriors are pretty good combat if you are a low level, they are aggressive so, so semi afk is possible..

I usually train by doing slayer. It's fun and not as repetitive as killing thousands of rock crabs or experiments.

Experiments/Rock Crabs/Slayer. That's what I've always done in the past, as well as flesh crawlers.
