Where should I train 85-99 Strength on F2P?

    Where should I train 85-99 Strength on F2P?
    Please help, i'm wearing full rune and have the following stats:

    89 Attack
    85 Strength
    82 Defence

    Please can you suggest places with the best xp/hour

    Stronghold, most monsters on the first and second level will suffice.

    4th level of stronghold of security (the green floor) fighting the lvl 50 spiders, they stay aggro for a long time dont hit hard good xp/hr and afkable.

    This. Also it depends if your botting it or legit. Flesh crawlers are good for money and so are cockroach soldiers

    yeh even doing it legit though spiders are best xp/hr in f2p, though i spent alot of time on the lvl 52 cockroaches making that f2p bank XD

    I'd recommend getting a members upgrade if not just bot spiders.

    If you want xp, go train in the stronghold of security.

    If you wanna save money on food and get not so much xp, go to the lumbridge catacombs.
