Where should I bot?

I've been hearing that certain areas/monsters have higher ban rates, so I was wondering where the safest/best places to bot a medium-level account (Cb 82 - 75 Attack, 70 Strength, 70 Defence, 1 Prayer, 60 Slayer) in both F2P (upgrading to p2p on Monday) and/or P2p are?

I was thinking Tzhaars or Ankous, would these be bad choices? Something makes me believe Tzhaars would have a high ban rate.

Try otherworldly beings, decent xp and gp, no people, but they dont drop charms. Hope I helped
