Where is the Runescape account review thread?

[Tucking Fypo]

I have seen people mention this thread on runescape.com that allows you to post your banned account information there to be reviewed by jagex to determine the account future. If anyone could please tell me the url or how to find it.

Tanks

Quick Question:

Do you need to post on the banned account or on a different account?

[Fatih]

Read the thread I'm pretty sure it tells you there but I think you need a friend to post for you.

Keep in mind you can't apply most things, macro, bug abuse, RWT, and the like.
