Where do you post ban appeals?

I had someone buy my account off me today for 25m, he went first. When I asked for a vouch he told me he got banned a long time ago for some sort of reason that didn't envolve scamming. I'm just wondering if there's a way for him to contact a admin via email/sythe option.

Honestly I prob wont check this page so when a admin reads this just decide if he can be helped or not and close the thread. Thanks :3

He'll need to post a pardon there. Inform him to read all the stickies to ensure he knows how to post a correct pardon.
