Where do you go when we die?

I've always wondered about this. Where do we go when we die?

 

My respawn point is Cammy. Dunno why.

Seriousness: My personal belief is when you die, your family buries you in the ground, and you rot there.

 

We lose all consciousness, and eventually our bodies decay and we become part of nature. There's nothing to be afraid of, though. You won't care once you're dead.. think of it as everlasting peace.

 

After life. Is death. And after death. Is no more life.

I believe in heaven.

 

In general:
I don't think we'll ever know.

Personally:
Once we die I think we are reborn.

 

I believe if you are dead you are dead, I dont believe in any kind of after life

 

Same place you were before you lived. Nowhere.

 

This debate can go on and on and on because there is no definite answer. From what I know/believe when you die it'll be like before you were born you never knew you existed. Not so much peaceful nor tragic your time is ended. Just like when you dream you aren't aware you exist until you wake up from a dream (which seems like you were dreaming all night but was only the 5 minutes before you woke up) Besides those 5 minutes you were blank and had no clue you were living. Think of it like that, to me that sounds peaceful to others that sounds scary.

 

Although I'm a Christian, I believe we come back as something else.

A creature/animal.

Life's biggest mystery is death.

 

The belief of reincarnation is interesting but what would you see in your body as a "soul" that would be reincarnating?

 

I believe that the "soul" will just remain in the body.

The soul lives in your loved ones as memories. Everytime you remember a member of a deceased friend/family member it is the soul reminding you of them.

Reincarnation is what I believe as I said, as crazy as I said. It's what I believe.

 

So memories to you is your soul? Your cerebrum is what controls your brain and stores memories (along with the cerebellum.) If you were to have a brain transplant you wouldn't be yourself and your whole memory base would be wiped clean. Unless I misunderstood you, I still am not understanding what qualifies as a soul. :\

Somehow we will recarnate i think.

 

^ If you are reincarnated I assume that this is without any of your memories from your previous life? Would that mean that everything that comes into this world (living) is a reincarnation of something else - whether it be a dog, bird, human etc? Would that mean that no new 'souls' (if thats what you believe in) enter the world?
