where do i get twink gear

after getting my dk to 80 and recently my hunter i think its time to make a twink but i have no idea where to get the gear for it
its a rouge and level 15 so if i need boosting through a dung or anything it wont make a diffrece to the level to much

also if you need to know im on allience and know many level 80+ that will be able to help

You don't need level 80s. If you stop your experience gain, you can do everything on your own, though it'll take a while...What helps is doing a bit of research on WoWHead or getting the AtlasLoot Enhanced addon and checking all the best gear for your level. You'll also want to get to level 19 to be at the top of the bracket; don't forget your enchants, either

Contrary to popular belief you don't need Heirlooms to do well. As soon as you hit 10 queue for Deadmines and when you level up the horde one that starts with W and finally Shadow Fang Keep. You'll get the best gear for your level in there and if you can find someone nice enough to give you free enchants your golden. Also on Sundays (I think) you can do the STV fishing comp to get yourself the best Hat for your level if you do well enough.

Items that boost EXP are heirlooms. They will help you run though stuff since they upgrade along with leveling up.

i have a 19 rogue twink myself, so this is my gear setup:

Head: Green Tinted Goggles (sub: Lucky fishing hat) (agility enchant)
Neck: Sentinel's Medallion
Shoulders: Exceptional Stormshroud Shoulders (sub: Serpent's Shoulders)
Back: Sentry Cloak (stamina enchant)
Chest: Stained Shadowcraft Tunic (sub: blackened defias armor) (100 health enchant)
Wrists: Forest Leather Bracers (stamina enchant)
Hands: Gloves of the Fang (agility enchant)
Belt: Deviate Scale Belt (agility enchant)
Legs: Dark Leather Pants (sub: Smelting Pants) (agility enchant)
Feet: Feet of the Lynx (speed boost enchant)
Rings: Blood Ring and Protectors Band
Trinkets: Arean Grand Master and Minor Recombobulator
Weapons: Balanced Heartseeker and Sharpened Scarlet Kris (both with crusader enchants)

You probably won't be able to get the Shadowfangs so go for scouts blade (WSG reward) main hand and Impish blade (quest chain) off hand.
