Where can I get a proxy? I can pay you!

[Tempest Lord]

First of all, if a mod would like to close this thread, he/she can do whatever he/she wishes.

Does anyone know where I can get a proxy? I've searched with google, and all I get are outdated proxies, proxies I have to buy, or others that don't work at all. Can somebody send me a proxy, or give me a link to download one?

I can pay up to 50k if somebody helps me out...
