I've recently made a 10hp mage. So far he's 55 mage and 29 combat, when should I stop!?

You should stop right now and level other things.
If you're trying to level nothing else besides Mage ( in terms of Combat skills ) then I'd say go for 99 if you're going to make cash off of other skills.

Thanks for all the feedback. Well I'd also enjoy pking. And cash isn't my strongpoint unless I can RWT off another acc.
