[When] will I get unbanned?

Your account will remain banned forever, I have an account that has been banned for four-five years because of bug abuse.

This is correct.
If you got perm banned. You'll start perm banned, Jagex doesn't ever Unban Perm banned account sorry.

 

You've basically got no chance. Jag only unban for things like bots and rwt if they are having a real good day and maybe relaxed the rules or something, plus they know theyd have to ban like all of RS lol.

Bug abuse ans phishing basically means no way you'll get the acc back. If you can't handle the time, dont do the crime!

 

There was a thread on Runescape forums where you could post your username and then Jagex mods would review if they should unban/unmute your account if im not mistaken, this was a while back though, not sure if its still there.
