yes they can but if all they want to do is chat with other community members then they don't need to, so it does reduce the incentive to ban evade

Thing that made me laugh the most, was everyone welcoming back Karl and DJW, who owed thousands in debt/scams, as if nothing had happened.

DNT in theory is fine I guess, but realistically, how successful has it been in practice? Personally have no issue with DNT. After-all, the forums longevity is the most important thing.

@Sythe do the staff log somewhere users that were unbanned via DNT, and repayment rates from said users?

Be interesting to see if there's any correlation/causation.

A common theme here is people come make some money in the market, get involved in the community then a trade goes bad or something shitty happens and they get banned. Then they want to rejoin the community so they ban evade with no intention of using the market.
